- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- One account per person is permitted
4. Payments & Fees
- Service charges may apply to debt creation and payments as displayed in the app
- SMS notifications incur a per-message fee as stated
- Withdrawal fees may apply for bank transfers
- Pro membership fees are non-refundable once activated
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Create debts that do not represent genuine transactions
- Attempt to manipulate credit scores
- Share your account credentials with others
6. Debt Disputes
BashiPoint facilitates debt tracking but is not a party to debts created between users. Disputes should be resolved between the parties involved. We may assist with mediation but are not liable for debt outcomes.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
BashiPoint is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
